We are excited to share some updates on FLEX and new offerings that will enhance your experience and provide you with even more flexibility and options. We’ve listened to your feedback and decided to implement important changes to improve your car-sharing experience.

As a result, please find below our new subscription options, which will be valid from 02.01.2024:

In brief, what are the changes?

1. New Vehicle Categories – Introducing Category S:

We’re thrilled to announce the addition of a new category of vehicles – Category S, joining our existing M and XL vehicle categories. If you just need a compact car for a quick city errand, this is now a cheaper and more efficient option for your next trip with FLEX. All Minis and Audi A1 are included in this category. All other vehicles are now in the M category, except for the Transporters ID Buzz and Fiat Talento which are selected as XL.

2. Changes to Subscriptions:

In our ongoing efforts to improve our services, we have made some adjustments to our subscription plans.

• Gold Plus Subscription Discontinuation: Please note that the Gold Plus Subscription will be discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please select one of the other subscription options instead. Gold is the suggested replacement offer, as it will now offer the same service for less.
• Basic Plus (€10 per month) and Gold (€15 per month): Both Basic Plus and Gold subscriptions now include a reduced deductible to a maximum of €300 per damage. This means you can enjoy the benefits of a lower deductible, providing added security in case of unexpected events.
• Basic Subscription (€0 per month): We’re introducing an enhancement to our Basic Subscription, allowing you to add a damage liability reduction for just €1.99 per hour. This option reduces the maximum liability for damages to €300 per damage.

3. Subscription Flexibility:

We understand that your needs may change, and we want to offer you maximum flexibility. Each subscription is paid for 30 days, and you can change your subscription at any time. This ensures that you have the right plan for your evolving needs.
